How to report
Email contact@carryoncheck.com with:
- the page address (for example the item or airline page),
- what you think is wrong,
- a link to the official page that shows the correct rule, if you have one.
What happens next
- The report is added to our review queue and the rule is compared with its official source again.
- If the rule is wrong or the source has changed, it is taken out of results while it is fixed. A corrected rule goes through the same review as any other rule (see sources and review method).
- The corrected rule is published as a new version and listed with its date on the rule changes page.
If the official source itself is unclear, we say that the rule cannot be confirmed rather than choosing an interpretation.
